Location
Our Head Office is based in the Shropshire town of Craven Arms, with homes and services spread across rural Shropshire and Herefordshire. We manage more than 10,000 properties, with the majority located in rural and market town communities.
Shropshire
Shropshire is a largely rural county made up of market towns and small villages. Our homes are located in communities that value local connections, practical support and long‑term investment in our homes. The rural setting brings both opportunities and challenges, particularly around access, transport and service delivery, and our work plays a key role in helping people live well in these areas.
Herefordshire
Herefordshire has a similar rural character, with homes and communities located across towns, villages and the city of Hereford itself. The county’s strong local identity reinforces the importance of our role locally as a housing association, supporting sustainable communities through the delivery of new affordable housing, local services and long‑term investment in existing homes.
